bought like so many CDs from DIRT CHEAP cds in habourtown.. THEY ARE REALLY DIRT CHEAP. shit. finally got my collection of frank sinatras, and chopin! i've been searching for chopin's ballad in the pianist for so long, i still cant find it. if there is that song in the cd, the other songs are sucky and i dun wanna buy the cd just for one song. ..... but the classical was great! bought another jazz collection n i love Mona lisa. i have such an old taste for song hey? hhahahaha wanted to buy some rnb but...... nothing's nice. i dun wanna buy another album just to hear a gangster rapping about his whores and bling and grillz just to make a quick buck.
disgusted at something. so sick so sick so sick disgusted.

i bought a blacktube dress from the city yesterday..and i will wear it as soon as i lose 8 kg!! then i will bare my skin. now im just gonna cover myself with layers of clothings..hheh

A constructive trust is as a trust which is imposed by operation of law in circumstances where, according to equitable principles, it would be unconscionable for the legal owner of the property to retain the beneficial interest in that property. The issue of certainty of intention does not come into play although as one works through the cases, one can see the intention of the parties can be relevant is some situations where the court imposes a constructive trust. But under the rubric of constructive trusts, the three certainties, completely constituted and formalities are not relevant.
i just copied this from my lecture notes... im very fed up with the way lawyers, law lecturers, justices and law academics write! i spent one semester of my first year in law school learning how to write properly, in a simplistic kind of way. BUT they write sentences that are half a page long, and have 5 commas in between.... very difficult to read u know!! sometimes i have to read through the material a few times to understand it.
just read diamond's (thats her real name) blog about Yao Ming asking the chinese to improve their behaviour before the olympics. im very shocked by china's toilets. yucks. hahaha and speaking of the bad conduct of the chinese, i agree that westerners behave better in the public. BUT westerners behave badly too in a different way...aiyoo so stereotypical but... just take it that im stereotyping here ok, and speaking of the majority of the people in MY opinion.
Chinese - here i am refering to chinese who are 40 years old and above. well i think 30 or 20 years ago china is under huge communist influence right? so many of them became slaves of china believing that the government was their god. they were thankful for the hole in their backyard where shit will be overflowing, they were thankful for the one egg they get to eat once a year, they are thankful that they havent seen an orange before, and thankful that they eat dried yams almost everyday. (this was what Li Cunxin said in Mao's Last Dance, pls go and read that book, i woke up early just to finish that book, thats how interesting it is!) most of their education was about Mao's red book, and how communism is good for them. They could not even read foreign storybooks like "the hobbit" or something, they could only read sun wu kong, the monkey god. (sniggers) If little mermaid was out then, it would probably be portrayed as foreign influence and it's evil. Being rich, and yearning for wealth was WRONG and sinful. because karl marx's principle was that everyone was to be equal. well im sure the government was equal to the peasants then.
so what has all this got to do with china's behaviour today? OF COURSE theres a connection man. they were probably used to shitting on the ground, now there is a hole in tiled floor with a faulty flush, it is like such a technology for them! TELL ME WHO WILL BE DARING ENOUGH TO TEACH THE CHINA PPL ABOUT WESTERN CULTURE AND ETIQUETTE 30 years AGO?! IF U DARE U GO LAH. they will **** you and *********** ur family and ******* ur friends and everyone u've influenced. although they are improving so much now! afterall the communist party have been in the chinese's face so so long, their propaganda, brainwashing, making young children believe that being a communist is the most glorious thing that can happen to their family. the cultural revolution and years of supression under communism shaped what china is today. the open-door policy has brought tremendous improvement in china, allowing the once isolated china to be open to foreign influences!
although some of the behaviour of the chinese is really....haiii no words to describe, but they really came a long way and theres GREAT improvement lah... but i still dun dare to use their toilets :P not to forget their population is so big, behaviour such as pushing and shouting can be understandable lah... i mean in singapore i see people push other people out of the MRT, people who pretend to fall asleep when they see an old lady beside them..haha damn funny. ah bengs shouting across the coffeeshop at each other, acjc students shouting at lido (i may have contributed to that last time HAHAHA) just hope that the china's open-door policy is really efficient, and allow foreign influence into the country, so some old-fashion chinese wont think that eating with a fork and a knife is sinful, im sure china is not so laidback now. PLS shanghai IS SO MODERN.
china's probably developing so fast and the chinese are not given a change to change their attitude. i have no right to judge them la, im just a singaporean, whatever i think that is wrong is just from a singaporean's perspective. like chinese spitting on the ground, thats wrong becos in singapore ppl dont do that, but from chinese point of view they may think it's ok.. just like the angmohs letting their kids running around the carpark, it's wrong to me too because im from singapore and parents hold their kids tight and shout at their kids for running on the roads. the chinese peeing on the bush in disneyland (according to diamond) this may seem alright for african tribes, NO IT"S NOT ALRIGHT LAH. that is wrong. hahahaaaaaa one more thing! male hongkies carrying handbags will not seem right in sg society but may be acceptable with male japanese because they carry clutches and wear makeup.
aiyaa after typing so much, i just think that some chinese really need to change their behaviour, some even gave asians the wrong reputation. we also need to understand how much shit (pun intended) the chinese has to go through to become what they are today. they have definitely changed right?! at least they change for the better...not to mention some countries, who discarded their cultural background and became crazy from years of suppression. guys wear makeup, carrying clutches, girls sleep with old men for money to buy LV bags, chinese claiming that they cant speak chinese... hahahaha
the list goes on... they actually changed for the worst.
i had to pause my ilecture to type this load of crap. i really need to learn to focus on one thing man. i hate my short attention span. hahaha congrats u've read so much of my crap. i recommend people who love to read autobiographies (like me!) to read Mao's Last Dancer. it's about this very famous dancer who went through the communism period in china. how he got out of it and how china treated him after that. read read read!! thanks to lydia who lent me that book! when u free i go return to u.
ps my knowledge of china's history is limited and is based on the books i have read and things i have heard about. this post is targeted on my opinion of the conduct of some people in china. that's all!
omgomgomogmgomgomg im so boreddddddddddddddddddddd!!!
i woke up at 4am and i cant sleep man. shall wait till afternoon then im going city to buy a concealer! I HAVE TO GET A CONCEALER. my dark rings are terrible, i've never used a concealer b4...cos i think foundation is enough...NOTTTTTTTT! i also need to shape my eyebrows, look like two caterpillars on my face...eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
tyra banks show is very entertaining (got my concealer idea from there), ellen show also nice... dr phil is nice too...but oprah is NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. gets on my nerves man. at first i really liked her...u know feminist and stuff...strong women! NOOOOOOTTTTT! (ok i will stop saying NOTTTTTTTTTT) she's judgemental, anorexic, bitchy, too full of herself. i know she's skinny now...but she was plain rude to one of her guest... who made the best pie in us or something, and oprah REFUSED to take a bite...omg... u can at least eat and spit it out right... how would u feel if u get invited to the show to cook ur special dish, in my case my special dish is steam egg haha, and the host wont even eat a bite, and kept whining about how she cannot take a bite because she will grow fat. what kinda female power is that?
all her shows about girls getting too materialistic, eating disorder, plastic surgery, and yet she's promoting it... stupid @@@@@@@@@@@@
DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE VIEW. bunch of aunties critising about everything and they don;t even think before they speak. just assume they are damn smart, of course they seem smart, their targeted audience is a bunch of housewives whose only contact with education is the VIEW. remember the aussie girl who was locked up in indo prison for bringing a lot of weed? they criticised indonesia...stripped their legal system to the core, they really think they are the judge. if that girl is caught in singapore, she is dead. stupid aunties just cant give asian countries a break. btw never manage to watch 5 min of the view, yucks. i know about them from "the girls of the playboy mansion" which is the best show ever!!!
oooooooo bitchy hormones are kicking in!
went for spa, sauna and steamroom yesterday...wah lao i feel damn tired just walking from room to room hahahahaha and i really thought i was going to faint in the sauna room. sauna brings back good memories...back in the rgs days, when me and yaxin (and amanda sometimes) will walk out of the gate openly and deborah wong or prama even drove past us...hhahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaa and we will head to changshuang's nearby condo to use the sauna....after that we will go pizza hut for buffet and that auntie with the vest will charge us adult price despite all the debate that we were in sch uniform... shen jing bing.
memories, im so fucking old now. i worry about aging all the time. i really dont want to turn 30. hahahaha i know thats like in 10 years time...but it is going to happen! i cant get out of it! i can always get out of trouble...but i cant get out of aging!!!!!!!!! HELPPPPPPPPP!!!
i will definitely suck my eyebags out, and when i go for eyelift i may consider a double eyelid too... i will do all those when im 50. or even at 30 if i still continue to have sleeping problems.
at taurus today i saw another lady with a flat butt like me... heh heh heh
SHIT! i just went to off the stove... i have been boiliing my eggs for more than an hour! hahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa hard-core boiled eggs man. LOL funny or not?
read carefully, it says : Don't use clubs as walkingsticks or hammers.. hahahaha i didnt read the instructions so i used the club as a hammer because one of the screws came loose
the perfect strawberry i've plucked. it's round and small, can be made into a earring! ( if ur face looks like that i suggest u GO for the facepeel party!! see below)
went to play minigolf after the strawberry farm.
read this carefully too... it's from a singapore magazine i came across in the restaurant, i didnt know such parties are hot in singapore. it says : Invitations to an exclusive Lancome face peel party. eeeekkkkkss. i do not want to go to a face peel party!!
the amazing botanical golf gardens, where u can play mini golf and enjoy the garden. There 18 holes and u have to walk a small distance to each hole, cos they are located differently all over the garden...while u play u get to enjoy the scenery. My score was+14 which was really bad. HAHAHA i got a hole-in-one though!
i desperately need a tan!
my exam is over!!!!
only 2 more exams end of the year...yay!
and i just got distinction for my evidence assignment ok?>!!! YAY
hahahaha such arrogance!
ooooooo i have so much ahead i am going to go everywhere...nice beaches, farms, maybe whale watching!
i also realised i have a secret fetish for cherry-print stuff man...just bought a cherry tshirt, a cherry tube top, and i have cherry print havainnas
eeeee damn fucking bimbo. so girly..yucks
hahahaha anyways just brought broomie to the vet cos she's been having diarrhea n i have been WASHING HER FAT BUTT everyday ok. to that fucker who said im a taitai who leads a good life and cant take hardships...u can fuck off and die seriously. i hate u. bitch. i am just not that kinda person who shows everyone how hard my life is...or how stressful i am...and how i wanna die blahblah. fuck those people. be strong woman! get a life. why must u always complain about ur life... everyone has problems and no one can be bothered to hear about yours arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh anyway.... on the brighter side, broomie likes to have her butt washed. hahahahaha that bloody bitch. i cant even remember when was the last time someone washed my butt n i dun think anyone would want to do that.MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
im so happy with my grades this semester...studying is great!
i read this from cosmo ( i really dont buy magazines... i know it's a disgusting habit) and it's damn funny but true:
some of you may be affected by what others say right...like maybe in primary sch someone called you a kingkong and that sentence will be stuck with u forever! or maybe in secondary sch someone called you a free-fucking slut. and u are still affected till today... so one kind of therapy to cure your insecurity and to boost your confidence.... i dunno what it's called..
you will remember those nasty things ppl say about u years ago right..like "she's so ugly and she smells bad" u imagine donald duck saying that... and repeat that in ur head..and add in some cheerful music like ABBA's dancing queen... then those words will not affect u as much!
hahaha such bullshit works man..hahahahah aiyaa do u get it or not?
for those people who are concerned about the bird's nest outside the house (which is NO ONE), the crazy strong wind these few days blew it away. and all the birds are going crazy outside man. all chirping and blaming on each other. and they have actually started to build another nest....but the heavy rain today ruined it again... poor things

what a nice car!!!! it's gone since yesterday morning and im the only one who seems sad about it.
mark sold his car to a british yesterday.
that car has so many memories u know.... while we were dating we would go everywhere in that car with jacqueline at the back....and nigel....and we will use it to fetch ppl up outside murdoch college then go for breakfast.. then we will just hang out and not go back to sch...
it's also the car i learn driving with! mark is really happy to get rid of it cos it's getting old fashion with all the new cars coming out...
anyways, i got tricked by the myers sale AGAIN. fucking hell. i swore not to go to myers sale but i STILL couldnt resist the advertisement. FUCK THEM 20% off the clothes but still out of my budget man. average price is like $100...CRAZY! the cheap clothings are really so disgusting. argh...but i bought a pair of sunglasses (AGAIN!) ...then i came home and realise that it's exactly the same as another pair that i have...except it's brown. hahahaha shit i should stop buying the same stuff man.
went to linda's house yesterday... to discuss the past year papers for equity cos my exam is on monday. :) i feel confident for this one ....i hope i dun jinx it. Linda is this divorced paralegal from sydney... she came to murdoch to complete her law degree... and her story is damn sad. but she's really strong man. all these stories about guys...how CAN WE EVER TRUST THEM!?!? and mark accused me of not trusting him.. hahaha guys..can they be trusted? hmmm
her house is so nice...when i start working i wanna rent an apartment, furnish it with hello kitty, use aromatherapy 24/7, dress broomie in a hello kitty dress, and have lots of indoor plants. :) sounds like a lao3 chu4 nu3. hahahahaaaaaaaaa
dreamsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
the pictures are really jumbled up!
the chef cut away the prawn heads then arranged the prawns neatly. watching him do that was torture man. i was so tempted to take the prawn hahaha
he poured some wine on top of the prawns and caused a mini prawnfire in the middle of the restaurant. the staff then held hands and started singing and dancing around the fire
we all had to wear napkin thingie around our neck( i dunno what that is called), and i was laughing throughout dinner cos we really looked ridiculous! everyone around the table was pretending that it's normal....er look like overgrown hungry children!!hahaaaa the napkin was big enough to cover my body which made me look like i was wearing a white singlet. HAHA FIONA IF u're reading this the girl in the pink hairband is the one who looks like peewee!
we had really fresh sashimi as entree
hungry overgrown indo kids waiting for the chef (who we thought had to take a 40min break cos he was suffering from dehydration from cooking for the last table)3 years in perth and that was the NICEST dinner i've had!!! the food was GR-EEAATTT! with a capital G !! haha the prime beef was fucking soft. i think it's kobe beef man. australian beef is never that soft and tender. and the yakiniku beef, teriyaki beef, teriyaki chicken was good!! i tried the seafood combo though, which had scallops and prawns and fish and mussels...thechef will neatly arrange the food all around the tepanyaki grill. :) the waitress there will serve us in kimono..so nice! the chef is singaporean i think...from his accent. it was my first time having teppanyaki. so lousy right?! cos in singapore i don't see the point of sitting down and watching someone slowly cook for u. no time to enjoy lah. just grab a mos burger then walk off already. the dinner took us almost 2 hours man. after eating and perspiring around the grill... the part where the chef cooked the lobster, and he slowly cut the lobster up and lit them on fire again..he really likes to put the stuff on fire. and he gave the lobster to the other couple sitting next to us. :( i really wanted it. hahahaha he cut pieces of egg and made them fly onto the rice.aiyoo fucking nice lah. the price also fucking nice. but it was really an experience! it's the king's birthday after all. that day most restaurants were closed cos they were celebrating the queen's birthday. but we're celebrating the king's bday so tepanyaki was open. :)
we moved to their lounge where they serve us green tea icecream which was GR-EEAaaT!!! then we went home to continue with the celebration with more people( i dunno why i cant upload the pictures!) and mark got pancake mix all over his body..haha.
random pictures taken in the house
can u see the bird building a nest just outside the kitchen. i dunno what birds are these but they are native. the sound they make is really nice.
how broomie look just after a bath
after she's dried up, all fluffy again
drying her up. she's so good...when she was really young she would run away from the hairdryer, now she just sits there and wait. hahaha
i need to find my card-reader so i can post pictures!!
i had the MOST amazing dinner last night... i need to post pictures!!
wait till i find the card reader k?
